What is #30DaysofDope?
Have you ever felt like you were doing just ok? Like, things are good - not great, but just good? Comfortable, even?
And even though things are pretty decent, you're somehow not quite satisfied.
I know that feeling 137%.
About a month after my birthday, I started assessing my goals for 2016 (since June was the mid-point). And while I had made some pretty decent progress toward my goals, I felt like I never really flipped the switch - almost like I stumbled through half of the year and managed to knock down a few pins along the way. Meeting goals is awesome, but the true reward is the feeling you get knowing you worked your BUTT off for them.
I started asking myself what I could do to really move the needle on my goals. Where did I fall off? What did I need to stop or start doing? And how long will it take me to implement these behavior and mindset changes, so that I can really flip the switch?
It's been said that it takes 21 days to make or break a habit. I personally think it takes a wee bit longer - close to a month.
And that's how #30DaysofDope was born.
#30DaysofDope is a one-month reset. It's a journey to personal excellence - one in which you challenge yourself to be the best version of yourself - wholly. This ain't just about exercise or losing weight. There's a mindset/personal development component. There's a spiritual component as well. It's about looking better. Feeling better.
